She has 15 years of IT experience spanning a broad range of disciplines, from networking, data center design, and implementation, and cybersecurity. She is a trusted adviser on designing, implementing Cloud/Cybersecurity solutions for government entities, large organizations, Service Providers, healthcare, and commercial enterprises. She holds certifications Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, and also has the world-renown Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert(CCIE). Niles is passionate about Women in Science and Engineering(WISE), STEM, and Girls in ICT. She frequently teaches/mentors young leaders in Africa and the USA, encouraging participation in a digital economy.
