What mentoring means to me
- Diversity and Inclusion are critically important to me – I believe it’s important for me to support others, especially fellow women and people of color, as they craft a journey for themselves in this industry.
- My hiccups can help others – I’ve worked exclusively in Cyber my entire career so I am able to relate to most folks just beginning their career as well as those who are advancing into mid-career roles.
- Giving to others is giving to oneself – Mentoring others consequently helps keep me excited about and engaged in my own career decision-making.
- It’s fun!
