What mentoring means to me

  • Mentoring provides me a channel to give back to the community the knowledge I acquired and continuously acquiring. I strongly believe in what Winston Churchill said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.”
  • I strongly believe in the laws of the universe; I get back what I put out. I help others to achieve their goals, and the universe blesses me the same in return.
  • While expanding my professional network, mentoring also provides me exposure to a diversity of thought, style, personality, and culture to improve my communication and leadership skills.
